Getting started

This is an educational multimedia and interactive activity that guide us to the discovery of our common Europeans history, through the main political and social events from the outbreak of World War I to the end of World War II.
Each player starts with a token in the starting square, roll a die to move the token by the number of squares indicated by the die roll, following a fixed route marked on the game board. The route is scattered with a certain number of “keys”. For each square of the route the player has to answer a multiple choice question based on historical events. Each question has its own picture .

The answer must be given within a time limit : if the answer is correct, quicker is the answer more points the player gets , while if the answer is wrong or not given the player will not score any points.
If a square contains a “key” and the answer is correct, the player will pick it up.
If  the square contains a bonus  and the answer is right , the player will get a chance .
When the game starts the player has a chance.
If the square contains a penalty (malus) and the answer is wrong , the player will lose a chance.
It is possible to use a chance to jump directly to a square with a key.
The game ends when all keys have been collected. If the application is connected to the Internet , the player’s score will be recorded on the server where the other players’ scores can be seen.
